Thank you for shopping with GlowMuse. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

GlowMuse is operated by Harvey Lane E-Shop LLC.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

For the United States, we ship only to the 50 states.

We do not ship to:

  • Armed Forces Americas (AA)
  • Armed Forces Europe (AE)
  • Armed Forces Pacific (AP)
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Micronesia
  • Any other territories, regions, or international locations

For Canada, we ship to all standard provinces and territories where supported by our carriers.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations and destination.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, GlowMuse may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

GlowMuse is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Delays

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

GlowMuse is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


Lost or Stolen Packages

GlowMuse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
